# Pricing \[Compare plans for your workspace]

You can subscribe to a plan by depositing a minimum amount to Earn across your workspace, or paying a fixed annual price.

## How it works

Your plan covers your whole workspace. To upgrade, choose either:

* **Keep funds in Earn.** Your workspace's combined Earn balance counts toward the minimum, even when it's spread across several accounts. Funds outside Earn don't count. See [Earn](/accounts/earn) for how deposits work and their risks.
* **Pay annually.** Subscribe for a fixed annual price without needing to meet an Earn minimum.

**To subscribe**:

1. Choose **Subscribe** when the app prompts you to upgrade.
2. Select **Request upgrade**.
3. We'll then email your workspace owners an invoice. Once its paid, your plan will be upgraded.

**Using Earn instead?** Keep your balance at or above your plan's minimum. If you withdraw funds or their USD value falls, your workspace may move to a lower plan. This balance requirement doesn't apply if you have a subscription.
